Registration For Classes – 2011-2012 School Year

New this year: Rolling Enrollment for PBJ Classes for Kids!* To register fill in, print and send in the slip below with your tuition payment. A $20 non-refundable registration fee is included in the tuition. The tuition of second siblings is $15 less. For more information about Rolling Enrollment see the Classes or Policies pages.

Confirmation, release forms, and school policies will be mailed to you before your child’s first class. If the class you desire is full, we will contact you ASAP.

Age limits are flexible dependent on enrollment. We reserve the right to cancel classes with insufficient enrollment.
